Caressence Therapeutic Massage, LLC Reviews

Nichole is the best!!! I've been a Caressence customer for years! She's very personable, a woman of faith and when I say she has healing hands...I mean it. I remember when I had something going on with my arm. Doctor couldn't figure it out. I couldn't lift it all the way and I could feel like a tendon or something pulling in my arm around the bicep. After my session I could lift my arm with no issues and it didn't return. So I've been a believer in massage therapy ever since... extremely knowledgeable about the body...she even knows when I haven't been drinking enough water. 🥴 In terms of pressure and touch, Nichole has the perfect touch... can't describe it but it's just right! She always ensures each session is a relaxing environment, whether it's with music, room temp, aroma therapy, or more. Highly recommend.

I decided to start lymphatic massages soon after having a surgical procedure, and it was the best decision I made. Nichole is very knowledgeable about the services she provides and willing to answer the dozens of questions I had about proper body care. She made me feel at ease and constantly checks in on my comfort level to make sure the pressure isn't too much while providing the lymphatic massage service. The office is really nice, comfortable, and clean. Staff are very easy to reach over the phone and took the time to address all my initial questions before I started initial treatment. I'll definitely continue service with them for quite some time to achieve the ultimate results from my procedure.

I’ve had massage therapy at other locations, however the Swedish massage I experienced at Caressence Therapeutics was outstanding. Nicole did a wonderful job and made me feel very comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and plan to make this part of my wellness routine.

I enjoyed my experience at Caressence! I received a deep tissue massage from Nichole and left feeling amazing. I appreciated how she took the time to listen to my concerns and even gave me helpful resources and exercises to do between appointments. I can’t wait for my next one!

It was my first visit and it will not be my last! I celebrated my birthday( 6/25/14) by treating my self to a massage and what a treat it was! I was greeted with respect and warmth upon my arrival and made to feel truly welcome. My technician was well trained and gave me one of the best massages I have ever experienced ( and I have had several). She was pleasant and very professional, yet engaging. The prices are really reasonable and this location ( Greenbelt, MD) is only minutes from my home too. I have been telling everyone about my experience at Caressence. You all are fantastic! Thank you so much for a great birthday experience. Mrs. P.M. Jackson
